Please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions before making your reservation. These guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Arrival and Departure

Check in time 2.00 pm
Check out time 11.00 am

Reservations

A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking on our calendar. For bookings a month, or less than a month before check-in, the total amount of the invoice is required.

Cancellation by Guest

We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, therefore all payments are nonrefundable. Guests failing to arrive are responsible for a charge equivalent to the total reservation price. No exceptions to the above conditions will be made. For this reason, we advise that you take a suitable insurance product to cover unexpected costs such as cancellation fees.

Car Parking

A car park is available for guests’ use at the side of our houses. Cars parked here are at the owner’s risk.

Damage and Breakages

Take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents and we reserve the right to charge you for missing items.

Keys

You have access to your house 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you when you register on arrival. You have full responsibility for these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at 25 USD per set.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the houses. Smoking is allowed outside the house but please use ashtrays provided.

Pets

We cannot accommodate guests that would like to bring their own pets.

Termination Policy

The Island Houses reserve the right, to terminate, without notice, individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behavior or as a result of actions that are likely to endanger or offend others. In such circumstances, no refunds will be made.
